What our forms collect

The two forms on this site ask for:

• your name
• your email
• your phone number (optional)
• your venue or business name
• the venue type or the number of slots you want
• city and state (host form)
• estimated yearly visitors and how you estimated it (host form)
• a suggested sponsor or suggested venue (optional)
• any message you choose to write

What we do with it

• We use it to reply to your request.
• We store it in our own database on our own server.
• If you submit a form, we send you one confirmation email asking whether you want occasional updates.

Email updates

Updates are sent through Brevo, a third-party email service, and only after you click the confirmation link in that email. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops the updates.

Cloudflare

This site is delivered through Cloudflare, a third-party network and security service, which handles the traffic to the site.
